After being a loyal client of Shivani's salon for over 3 years and provide multiple clients to her ,I can confidently say that this was my worst experience, and I will never return. I booked a **Hydra Hair Spa** one day in advance. Shivani asked me only for the appointment time but conveniently failed to inform me that the price had increased from **₹1,500 to ₹2,500**. Instead, I was informed about the revised price only after I had reached the salon and was already sitting in the chair. This is nothing but unprofessional and misleading. What shocked me even more was that instead of accepting the mistake, Aman and Sumit had the audacity to tell me that *I should have asked the price*. Why should I ask the price of a service I have been taking regularly for the last three years? If you increase your prices, informing clients beforehand is your responsibility—not mine. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have blindly trusted Shivani's recommendations and regretted it. She earlier convinced me to go for Non-Plastia, after which I suffered severe rashes and allergies and went through months of discomfort. Later, despite my hesitation about colouring my hair because I was worried about premature greying, she insisted that Balayage wouldn't cause any such issue. I had no grey hair until the age of 36, and although many factors can contribute to greying, I deeply regret ignoring my own concerns and relying on that advice. The customer service is equally disappointing. Appointment messages are ignored for days, and the excuse is always, "There are too many messages, so yours got hidden." That's not a client's problem. Every client pays for your services and deserves timely communication and basic respect.but Shivani thinks and have the habit to take clients for granted . She ,Kunal ,Aman ,Sumit all of them have the habit to force client for unwanted and baseless services just for the sake of money ,even after denying still they will irritate you continuously. The final straw was the phone call after I left. Instead of apologising for the poor communication and taking responsibility, Shivani was more concerned about asking why I had raised my voice. She thinks that clients are fools . Loyal customers should never be taken for granted. Professionalism isn't just about providing services—it's about honesty, transparency, communication, and accountability. Sadly, all of these were missing.she is a money minded person. The salon was far better managed when Anita Ji was handling things. The difference in customer care is obvious. I suggest to all clients to boycott Shivani Ralhan Makeovers and safe yourself. This review reflects my personal experience over the past three years. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend this Salon to anyone .
