I had a very bad experience with Richa Mahajan (Ravishing-By-Richa, Instagram: @ravishing__byricha). She charged me extra money and did not adjust the advance amount that I had already paid. I feel cheated because she took extra payment unfairly. Even after messaging her multiple times, she is not replying and is avoiding refunding my money. She also did not arrive on time, which caused major stress and delay. The makeup quality was very poor and completely different from what was discussed. She used her hands instead of proper tools, and the makeup started melting very quickly. This behavior is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Please be careful before booking.
