Nikita's decision to operate in such a manner reeks of intentional malpractice. Transparency, a fundamental aspect of professionalism, was completely absent in this situation. The deliberate attempt to withhold crucial information until the last minute is not just unprofessional but a clear effort to deceive clients. My payment was not an acknowledgment of satisfaction but an act of sympathy for the artist thrust into an unforeseen predicament. Nikita, be forewarned that I refuse to let this act of dishonesty go unnoticed.
