Hi, I booked Satvinder Kaur for my bridal makeup & hair along with makeup and hair for other events such as reception, haldi & sangeet. Firstly, I feel the person who came to do my makeup for reception, haldi and sangeet was not Satvinder but someone from her team. She introduced herself as Satvinder but I later found out that this person who had done my makeup for the three events has an entirely different Instagram account. This was very shocking to me and there was no way for me to find out her real identity in order to confront her. Apart from this, Satvinder Kaur - the makeup artist herself came only on my wedding day to supervise things. The makeup and hair itself was not up to the mark and entirely different from the references I had shared. They lacked basic products such as primer and the foundation that was applied on me cracked very easily. The foundation shade too was completely off from my skin tone. All in all, I had a horrible experience with Satvinder and would not suggest anyone book her for their big day.
