I am writing this very detailed review because I don’t want any bride to fall into her fraud trap. I booked Hema Bhaskar for my wedding sangeet and mehndi function on 14th 15th and 16th March 2022 via wedding wire online portal. On 14th Sangeet – HD Makeup - she came 2 hours late, her hair artist Pinky was late too. Her makeup brushes were so dirty!! she didn’t know how to make me wear eye lenses, lenses fallen on ground, on clothes etc. She told me her makeup last for 18 hours but eye lashes came off in just 2 hours!!. I had to remove makeup done by her and apply makeup myself from my own makeup bag!! Then coming to my nails which was part of my package, she showed me nail polish purchased from sarojini nagar and lajpat nagar which cost 20-30Rs!! I thought she will atleast bring Maybelline or Elle18 but no she didn’t bring any branded nail polish. She applied nail polish and it took forever to dry simply because it was cheap nail polish so they don’t dry. I finally had to remove all nail polish and go to my sangeet without any nail polish on my fingers. I had poor experience. On 15th March - Mehndi - with poor experience on 14th March, I cancelled her service and called another makeup artist and it was way much better than her. It was so difficult to arrange another makeup artist in such short notice. On 16th Wedding - Her hair artist was 2 hours late despite telling her way in advance to be on time but she didn’t listen. So unprofessional. Coming to her makeup - she didn’t use authentic products, her makeup products looked cheap or duplicate to me because it didn’t stay for more than 2 hours. She charged me 16000 despite I didn’t take her service on 15th March for my Mehndi. I would request everyone don’t be fool to hire her. She is highly unprofessional, save your time and money. In the beginning she will do sweet talk and later simply ruin your special day. You will be n such tight spot that in such situation you cant find replacement so soon like it happened with me.

See my payment details. She is not refunding my money. I have paid her in advance. She cancelled my booking and confirm that she will refund my money but till date she has not paid my money back. She has blocked my number. So that i can't contact her. Pls take strict action against her. She is spoiling your company image also. Pl do the needful and confirm.
